The Zen Hermitage Project aims to meet the needs of Buddhists in Tasmania, and the wider community, by working together to provide:

• A venue for training and practice in Unified Ch’an (Zen) and Pure Land Buddhism.
  
• Affordable accommodation for permanent residents and guest retreatants.
  
• A venue for Inter-contemplative dialogue and practice.
• A reference library for permanent residents and guest retreatants.
• A home for our Spiritual Director.
• A memorial garden to honour departed loved ones.

With the help of Dharma friends and supporters we can build something that will benefit the community well into the future.
